The Moving Company is proud to have achieved the prestigious FIDI accreditation through our Auckland branch and head office.
When FIDI, the official International Moving Body based in Brussels decided that if members and their customers were to gain total value from a quality accreditation, an industry specific standard was required. As a result FIDI developed a global independent quality assurance programme which is not only dedicated to international moving, but exceeds the requirements of other quality standards such as ISO.
Branded FAIM (FIDI Accredited International Mover) this accreditation is the recognised international standard for top quality international moving businesses and customers globally.
Independently administered globally by Ernst & Young, it gives our customers the confidence that we know our business, perform to a very high standard and are financially stable. Equally important, it provides a transparent tool to ensure those standards remain high with a programme of biannual re-audits.
