This would fall mainly on the shoulders of Summer Croucher. This young lady would be the most professional and organised person in customer service we have come across in a very long time. Summer's attention to detail and very thorough handling of our shipment lifted a great weight from our shoulders and we were assured that we were in good hands. She is an extremely professional and courteous person who kept the lines of communication open at all times.
