Exceptional service and great people to deal with

Your guys were fantastic...special thanks must go to Wilson, who not only assisted in packing, but also drove our goods up from Welly and then moved our stuff in here at our Auckland apartment. Great feeling knowing someone's seeing your valuables from door to door, even when its different ends of the North Island!

Phil in Wgtn also did a great job of the inventory management...so easy to find everything and check it off. Julaine did a great job setting everything off at the quoting/sales end, and being as accommodating to our changing needs as she could. Then the customer service team, headed by Lynda stepped in ably when our move coincided with Julaine being away.

We will be recommending The Moving Company to all our friends and anyone we know about to move. Exceptional service and great people to deal with. Your team made what is a very stressful time much easier. I think they also impressed the very hard to please Building Manager here at the Apartments, who's had some very difficult moving companies to deal with. We will probably have to move again in about a year - so we'll be calling you to assist then.

PS The house sold!! Had several embassies interested in leasing and then a buyer came out of nowhere! Settlement tomorrow, when we'll crack open some champagne (that arrived safe and sound from our cellar, thanks to your guys!)
