Gentlemen, you need to know...
…what a fantastic team you have! Over the years I’ve made many moves, both internationally and domestically. Most have been very good. Your company, however, was truly superb because of the outstanding customer service and attention to detail provided by your employees.
From the initial speedy response of Richard Wood, assisted by the ever pleasant and proficient Toni Johnson, I was impressed. Their knowledge, expertise and sound advice was much appreciated. Nothing was a problem. Their assistance was seamless and accommodating. Richard and Toni were truly a delight to deal with. I cannot say enough good things about them.
Over my relocation, I had 3 different crew combinations in my home, packing up and delivering to Napier. They were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. And they did a marvellous job. John Piliu was particularly impressive.
I have spent most of my career as an investigative television correspondent both in Canada and in NZ for shows like 60 Minutes and 20/20. I’ve travelled all over the world and met all kinds of people. I know first-hand how critical it is to work with talented and dedicated people to produce the very best results in often challenging circumstances where you must deliver on deadline. I learned early in life you cannot do it alone. That’s why I’m sharing my impressions with you, as I know you’ll appreciate the feedback.
