Would just like to comment that the The Moving Company were great to deal with, the crew that packed up the house were really professional and great guys. Having moved a few times internationally, I would say they would stack up against any that I have seen around the world. If there is some wort of 'packing Olympics' then these guys would give anyone a run for their money. Unigroup is well served by the Moving Company in Wellington, they have quality staff working for them.

I just wanted to pass on some comments about the service I received from The Moving Company throughout the process of my move last Friday. First of all you two have been just awesome to work with!  You both made it seamless on the organising front from my perspective, which I thank you for. As to the packers, Janice and her colleague were so friendly, I just left them to it and it was executed perfectly, with only one breakage of one wine glass… and never fear.... there are plenty more!!  I was VERY impressed. As to the movers on the day… I cant thank them enough, chipper, VERY accommodating, friendly, fun, professional…. I just thought they were awesome all three of them, I had a bit of a joke with them and actually enjoyed the move!!  I would really like you to pass these comments about the three lads onto their Manager as I thought they were just the bees knees.  I would 100% recommend and use The Moving Company again, furthermore I would request these 3 movers if they were still under employment with your company at such time. I’ve already been spouting off to everyone about how I would never move myself again, I would just get you guys in to do it all for me, stunning service. So… in closing, thanks to such a great team, your business owner would be proud.  See you again in the future for sure!

I would just like to send a note to say what a fantastic job your packers and your movers did for us.  The packing was done to a very high standard and there were not breakages at all and the move day went fantastically well, although I did feel very sorry for the guys having to run up an down a particularly steep driveway.

Now that  the move is all said and done I just wanted to say thank you. We have moved many times and this by far has been the best experience we have had. Mata in Auckland was brilliant. Such a lovely young woman and the rest of her team was also great. Always helpful, on time, polite, great sense of humor. They all just made things very stress free and everything arrived in great shape!!! The team should be praised for their great job. Toby you dealt with all my questions and even answered questions I never knew to ask. Thank you. Kym, you and the team here were equally great. Gareth was always on top of things and we couldn't have asked for an easier move. The guys here were wonderful also. Very helpful, polite, and very hard working. Thank you all for such a great experience and we look forward to using you again on the way back to NZ!!!

I have been really happy with the service from The Moving Company and everyone I have dealt with over this move. It had been such a stressful time prior to moving that it was a relief to have the packing and moving of my goods taken care of so well. The hard working packers were impressive. Also appreciated was the way my new neighbours were spoken to by the driver prior to the truck manoeuvring down the small cul-de-sac to deliver everything at the Nelson end.

Finally unpacked everything and just want to say a big THANK YOU to you and your teams. You have restored my faith in moving companies and I would most definitely recommend you to others as an outstanding example of how a removal company should operate and behave. All the crew I had dealings with were polite, helpful and professional. The latter demonstrated by the fact that there were no breakages or losses (unlike my move from the UK) Please tell Edward that all the port slipper glasses made it - they are such a fragile, funny glass that I said I wouldn't hold it against you if any didn't make it but bless him he took it as a challenge and hey presto - all good. The quality of the packing and materials used were excellent, communication with you was good and always helpful. If you want to use me for references for future business I am more than happy to oblige. I said do me a good job and I'll pass the word on. Have recommended you to my friend in Greenhithe and have also been telling numerous people what a good job you've done in and around Nelson (including the rental agent who said she is often asked if she could recommend anyone) I'm hoping I can 'post' something on both hospital websites and if you have any connections with any 'forums' where I can post my 'stress free' move I'm happy to oblige. Once again, thank you and please pass this on to the rest of the team.
