I just wanted to take a minute to flick you a quick note to let you know that your company is awesome.  Our move through The moving Company was hassle free, well organised and was a pleasant experience.  Nothing was broken, everything was packed amazingly and great care was taken with all our gear.  Nothing was a problem, and the default position of everyone we interacted with was how can we help and what can we do to make the move easier.  We definitely will be highly recommending The Moving Company to anyone that needs to shift. Everything was clean and tidy, and it’s obvious that your staff take great pride in the company and the vehicles too – the truck was shinier than a Fire Engine – difference being your guys are not sitting around all day. You have assembled a very good team of people and have a well-oiled machine - it really shows.  The guys who worked on our job were excellent ambassadors for the company and were real characters. Can you please pass this onto the crew when you next see them. People are very quick to complain when things go wrong, but are a bit slow off the mark to show appreciation when its due. Awesome !!

I have recently relocated to Nelson, and was assisted by two amazing young men, whom worked carefully, dilligently and quickly when packing the contents of my home into a truck. Shane and Terry were absolutely amazing, and made what was a very difficult and trying day for me, into a much easier and less stressful one. Their care and approach to my items was fantastic, and I am truly grateful for their help!
 
Should you have a scheme which promotes your staff and gives them the feedback they deserve, can I please nominate Shane and Terry for their endeavours in relocating me. I wasn't totally prepared for their arrival, and had not yet packed many of my items. To be fair, I was possibly the most unprepared client they may have come across. These Boys Rock!

I would like to say a big big "thank you" to The Moving Company for the tremendous way in which my relocating to Blenheim was handled.
